Wayturn Hung洪偉騰

I’m Wayturn Hung （洪偉騰）, also known as Bruce Hung, a backend engineer based in Taiwan. My work centers on enterprise backend systems, database performance, and legacy system modernization.

Through personal projects, I explore AI developer tools, data workflows, and model integration. I’m interested in how systems are understood, validated, deployed, and maintained.

The questions I keep returning to

How do you understand a system before changing it? How can AI help with engineering while keeping decisions and outputs inspectable? And how do you make original technical work easier to find and understand?

These questions connect my work on enterprise .NET modernization, experiments such as DevAgent CLI, and the AI Visibility Lab on this site.

Why this space exists

This site brings together my projects, engineering decisions, and research notes. It is also a working experiment in making my identity and original content easier to discover through AI search.

Each project is labeled with its current state. Some are ongoing investigations; others are documented implementations. The notes explain what is known and what still needs to be tested.
