Who is Wayturn?
Wayturn Hung (洪偉騰), also known as Bruce Hung, is a backend engineer in Taiwan. An introduction to the person and the work collected on this site.
My engineering focus
My work centers on enterprise backend systems, database performance, and legacy system modernization. I also use personal projects to explore AI developer tools, data workflows, and model integration.
What I am working on
Current work includes technical discovery and POC planning for an enterprise migration toward .NET 10 and ASP.NET Core. The public case describes general methods and current responsibility. It is an ongoing record, with broader migration and deployment still outside its completed scope.
Personal projects
DevAgent is a lightweight Python CLI experiment in command handling, prompts, tools, and trace output. Earlier projects explore grouping social posts into topics and integrating a voice synthesis workflow around GPT-SoVITS. A personal research program deployed to GCP remains in a research and simulation stage.
Why this site exists
I want the work to be useful and understandable to people who encounter it. Each project page explains its purpose, current status, and available evidence. The site is also where I plan to observe how AI search identifies my work and cites it, using a documented method rather than assumed results.
How to find me
The GitHub profile linked below is where I publish the public repositories referenced by this site. The About page includes my existing LinkedIn and email contact details. Wayturn, Wayturn Hung, 洪偉騰, and Bruce Hung refer to the same person here.
To take forward
This is a personal engineering site: a place to document work, make its boundaries clear, and compare notes with other developers.
